3、in case + 从句:通常置于句末;例如:

You’d better take the keys in case I’m out.你最好带上钥匙,以防我不在家。

(二)特殊引导词的用法

1、for fear that、in the hope that等“介词短语+that”引导目的状语从句;例如:

He worked hard for fear that he might be fired by the boss.他拼命地干活惟恐被老板解雇。

They contacted me in the hope that I could show them a better way.他们联系到我,希望我能给他们展示一种更好的方法。

such + a / an + adj.+可数名词单数+ that

such + adj.+可数名词复数/不可数名词+ that,如:
