occur和happen的区别

happen普通用词，泛指一切客观事物或情况的发生，强调动作的偶然性。occur较正式用词，可指意外地发生，也可指意料中的发生。

occur和happen的区别

1.happen, occur两者都可以表示“突然的偶然发生”，常常可以互换通用：

此时两个词只是仅仅happen是普通常用词；occur比较正式。

New things are happening all around us.

我们身边总有新事发生。

I dread to think what will happen in the case of a major emergency.

我不敢想在重大紧急情况下会发生什么。

When did the earthquake occur／happen？ 地震是什么时候发生的？

The earthquake occurred/happened at dawn.

occur，happen和take place的区别
