used to be后面跟什么

不可以。used to一般用于描述过去一直持续做某事，然而现在不做了。是不是有点半途而废的赶脚？used to+动词不定式即可。Used to过去经常做的事情（但是现在已经不做了）这里的to是不定式，因此后面要跟动词原形。

used to be后面跟什么

be used to do表示“被用来做某事”，be used to doing/n.表示“习惯于”某一客观事实或状态，不强调动作，to是介词，后面接名词或动名词。

1.be used to do“被用来做……”

Wood is often used to make desks and chairs.木头常常被用来制作桌椅。

Computers can be used to do a lot of work now.如今电脑可用来做许多事。

2.be used to doing“习惯于……”

I am used to cleaning the room.我习惯于打扫房间

You are used to playing game.我习惯玩游戏

She is not used to eating Chinese food.她不习惯吃中餐。

3.used to“过去常常”

经常与be used to do进行辨析，表示过去的习惯性动作，过去如此，现在不再这样了，译为“过去常常”。例如：

He used to play basketball when he was young.他年轻的时候常常打篮球。

There used to be an apple tree here.过去这儿曾经有棵苹果树。

He used to get up early.过去他经常早起。

used to be的三种用法

注：be used to有时可能是动词use的被动语态结构（此时意为“被用来”，其中的to为不定式符号，其后要接动词原形）。如：A hammer is used to drive in nails.锤子是用来钉钉子的。

used to意为“过去经常”，其中的to是不定式符号，而不是介词，所以其后只接动词原形（不能接动名词）。如：He used to live in Paris.他过去一直住在巴黎。

注：used to通常不能与表示具体次数（如twice, three times等）或一段时间（如three months, five years等）的词或短语连用，但是它却可以与always, often等表示经常性意义的副词连用。如：正：I went to Paris three times.我去过巴黎3次。误：Iused togo to Paris three times.
